TRANSITIONAL

(12 weeks)

This program is for those who have previously been involved in diet programs and health and wellness programs or those who have been fairly active in their life but who are still yet to accomplish their goals. This program offers education to develop the skill sets needed to accomplish the body you seek as well as the health and lifestyle that comes with it.

This program provides:

    Intermediate plans for eating, fat burning, core development, and exercise programs
    Motivation & Support throughout the program

THE ELITE

(16 weeks)

This program is for those who really want to commit themselves to work hard for a complete mind and body transformation. This program will educate you on how to create a healthy lifestyle, one which will provide you weight loss, fat loss, increased energy, increased confidence, increased health. Other benefits can include; reduced dependency on medications, reduce chances of illnesses like heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, a reduction in bad cholesterol levels, high blood pressure and medications brought on by a lack of health!

You should have previously participated in lifestyle programs and have a good understanding of what it takes to accomplish your goals. Where this program differs from all the rest on the market is that it provides specific instruction based on your very own body and the requirements it needs to make such a transformation possible!

Same as the ELITE but with the addition of personal training.
