What you must do to be successful in your health and fitness goals!
People are always asking me about the secrets that I use to establish a lifetime of health and wellness.
I hate to blow anyone’s bubble, but there are no secrets. There are no magic pills, powders, no magic diets! There are only strategies and principles that you can use to unlock serious change in your life-however, they all require you to put in the work to make it work.
Here is a few tips that should you adopt into your life, will bring you success to such levels you’ll wonder why you never tried them before.
You have to work hard on what gets results.
Take an honest look at where you are now and where do you want to be.
Understand what you need to make your efforts work.
Ask yourself what are you willing to do to get there.
What fire are you willing to walk through?
How much pain are you willing to tolerate?
Are you willing to put your health and wellness goals ahead of all others?
Your responsibility is to be the very best self that you can be. To do that you have to train and practice to develop this lifestyle, continually learning and getting better at the activities that really move you towards your target.
There are two main types of personalities when it comes to obtaining this kind of success. Both bring completely different results.
Unproductive: One individual does not work efficiently throughout the day. They do not have a set schedule or a set routine. They eat off schedule and at random. They get distracted by all the unimportant issues of the day. They put their energies into activities that are not so important to creating their desired future and do not focus on doing the things that are so important to establishing the lifestyle. They find themselves going in circles on a daily basis and never seem to have a solid game plan. They are continually looking for the easy way, the shortcut, the most frequent path traveled and do not like to hear or believe words that tell them this is inefficient.
Productive: Imagine waking up at 4 AM. You head to the gym, listening to some audiobook on your commute, feeding your brain with new information. You complete a 45-minute workout, then a sauna session to get in peak state keeping the mind sharp for the day ahead. You shower, eat and head to the office, or home listening to an audiobook, gaining more insights. You dive straight into the activities that need to be managed. No checking emails, no Facebook, no distractions, just laser-like focus on the task at hand. 9 AM comes around, two hours have flown by as you’ve been in a deep, focused and uninterrupted state. You stop for another 20 minutes to have a packed breakfast and a coffee. It’s now 9:20 AM.
Now, this is a productive routine. Whether you’re a housewife, whether you are an entrepreneur, whether you’re a student, this kind of structure works to keep you on track and focused. Managing your day in this kind of way slowly and surely develops a lifestyle that produces late-night results. As a matter of fact, following this kind of schedule will have you accomplishing your goals in a much quicker time than anyone else. You can already see how efficient this plan is. Can you imagine what the rest of the day can look like!
As someone who is trying to bring out the very best in your life, you have to understand that if you want to become truly great at something, there is a choice you have to make.
You have to make the inherent sacrifices that come along with it, including hanging out with friends or going to the movies, late night dinners. It’s just a matter of what’s more important to you.
If you want to master your health and wellness and make it a lifestyle, you have to make sacrifices.
When you’re serious about your success, there is no off-season. Nor is there anyone coming to do this for you. It’s just you understanding what you need and then going after it in the most efficient way.
To accomplish your goals you need energy and determination that is second to none.
If you were willing to follow certain principles and do the work, you will be successful beyond your wildest dreams. I will give you all the tools you need so that you’ll never find yourself in an unhappy, unhealthy situation ever again. But like anything with attaining, it requires a lot of work and dedication.
