Part of everyones life is experiencing ups and downs. We want people who understand us and can be depended upon during tough times. We need people who will listen to us and give us honest feedback.

Having a support system has many positive benefits, such as higher levels of well-being, better coping skills and a longer and healthier life. It can also help in the reduction of depression and anxiety.


Some people do best with a large support group, while others need a small support system. Giving and receiving support from others is a basic human need.


We will be providing support sessions for those who need support (maximum of 25 people).


Our goal here is to provide support so we can decrease stress. Teach you better coping skills, ways to enhance your lives and lifestyle, understand fits, foods and nutrition and much more. If you are looking to get the best from yourself, then register to these events.


Helpful Tips


  1. Review your current family and friends; evaluate who may be helpful.

  2. Try new activities to expose yourself to different people.

  3. Join a support group .

  4. Get active in different activities.

  5. Be willing to ask for help.
